TVXQ(Yunho, Changmin) explained their hurt feeling about JYJ(Jaejoong/Yuchun/Junsu)’s lawsuit at MBC TV ‘Murupak-무릎팍도사’ which was aired on 02 Mar, 2011. But their comments on the lawsuit became a controversy among netizens after the program.

Yunho and Changmin said that “We did not know about their[JYJ’s] lawsuit when they submitted an application for provisional injunction against the company[SM].”
“It could have worked better, but we’re sad[about the three] that we could not be able to have any activities as the Five due to JYJ’s extreme choice[lawsuit].” on this program.

They insisted that they did not know about the provisional injunction to terminate the validity of their exclusive contract, but fans of JYJ and people who are interested in TVXQ have produced contrary evidences against this.

CJeS, the company working with JYJ in their current endeavors, have publicly responded to the cancellation of QTV’s JYJ Real24 special series according to translated reports.

The representative told NewsEN that the cancellation is the same cause as every other problem they’ve run into since JYJ sued SM Entertainment for unfair contracting practices.

Despite a court ruling in favor of JYJ on a number of issues so far – and slapping a huge fine on SM for each time they interfere with JYJ’s activities – some broadcasters are still behaving like wimps by not airing JYJ content in Korea.

Or worse, they actually began shooting a project and after finalizing it, the higher-ups send word down that they won’t air whatever it is they’ve started.  

Looks like QTV is run by a bunch of wimps.  Word came from JYJ’s people that QTV is refusing to air the reality-style special.  

JYJ is enjoying massive appeal despite being blocked by a few chickens, who run broadcast networks, too afraid of their own shadow to do what’s in their own best financial interest by allowing the guys to appear on their various entertainment programs.

QTV apparently wants no part in JYJ’s continued public illustration that an ex-SM artist can be massively successful without the SM-name (or AVEX for that matter).

 

It’s almost here!  March 3 is scheduled to be the opening day of the ILOVEJYJ internet broadcasting station. (^ . ^) Here’s the scheduled information given so far:
