“KBS Concert Founders” JYJ “Revived” With the Closing Ceremony of the Track and Field Championship

As KBS has decided to air the Closing Ceremony of the 2011 Daegu World Track and Field Championship, it is forecasted that a performance by the group JYJ, difficult to be seen on broadcast, would be seen (by the public).

KBS Sports Department Head Park Youngmun revealed on the afternoon of the 30th to Star News: “On 9:10pm on September 4th, we plan to air the Closing Ceremony for one hour, including the 400m Men and Women Relay Awards Ceremony.”

Guess who attended the JYJ MINE photo exhibition August 12th?  Yoocheon and Junsu that’s who!  The two greeted fans who came to take a look at various photos and vids based around JYJ’s recent tour.

One reason for the exhibit, according to the members, was because they wanted to share their experiences with Korean fans.

Industry insiders were quoted this week saying that Maki distrust for Avex is the main reason why she is going on hiatus in 2012. This scoop comes out barely a month after it was also revealed that Maki was the only responsible for her hiatus announcement and that Avex unsuccessfully tried to stop her from that decision. Different ideas in the direction of her singing career ~same reason why she quit Up-Front four years ago~ seems to be the real reason of her sudden hiatus.

“I’ll Protect You”, sang by Jaejoong for the Korean drama Protect the Boss is highly impressive.  At least, that’s the general consensus around the web at the 3rd song for drama OSTs sang by a JYJ member.  

Both Yoocheon and Junsu has also released a song for a different drama and all three songs have dominated the online charts in Korea recently.
